Orders will only be shipped once Dieta has received payment of the full purchase price for the goods and all charges and costs relating to the products.

ABOUT SHIPPING:

  1. Order processing time take around 12-24 hours before shipment. Deliveries can take 2-7 working Days. We can’t promise delivery times. We can’t control delays caused by the weather or other factors beyond  our control.  If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package is missing, Please reach out to us, and we will assist you the best way we can

  2. It’s important to keep in mind that you may see longer delivery times than you're used to from other e-commerce websites. This is due to the fact that items that may be coming from another country or need to be bundled or packaged with other similar-sized items for shipping cost efficiency and effectiveness.You may be expected to pay small clearance fees since the products are imports depending on the price of the product.

    Additionally, external factors, such as current events or shipping carrier delays, may change the actual arrival date of your item.
